Bridging the Gap: Legal Value Network's Women's Initiative Network (WIN)

LVN's Women's Initiative Network (WIN) is a community-driven effort to promote and support women across the legal ecosystem. As with many evolving industries, there is a gap in promoting women in this space, and WIN was created to help members connect and support each other in these emerging and challenging roles.

At the inaugural LVNx Conference Experience in 2022, WIN hosted a reception where members and allies gathered to celebrate WIN and talk about the next chapter for the collective. Director of Strategic Pricing at Paul Hastings, Purvi Sanghvi, spoke about the power of working together as women. She said,

There's power in numbers and power in us all working together. Women alone have power, women together have impact. If you win, I win. If I win, you win.
