Where is LVNx 2021?

The inaugural LVNx Conference Experience will be held at the Grand Hyatt Nashville on October 6-8, 2021.
 

Is there a room block?

Yes, LVN has reserved a number of rooms for our group with a locked-in rate of $289/night (plus taxes and fees) available through September 15, 2021 or once the room block is full. Visit the LVNx Reservation Portal to book your stay at the Grand Hyatt Nashville.

Hotel Update: the LVNx Room Block is available Wednesday, October 6th – Friday, October 8th. Currently, the hotel is sold-out for the night of Friday, October 8th. We are working with the hotel on what options are available for guests who would like to stay for the weekend. Please check back for updates.

What's the latest update regarding Covid-19 safety protocols?

We continue to monitor the evolving situation related to the Delta variant of the coronavirus and remain in close contact with conference planners, the hotel, local and national authorities. As always, the health and well-being of the LVN community is our first priority. With the rising infection rate in many areas, that priority requires that we make some adjustments to our conference in order to make conditions as safe as possible for those attending in person.

When do registration rates increase?

Registration rates increase on August 21 with last chance pricing starting on September 10. Register now and save!

I registered to attend in person, can I change my registration to virtual?

Yes, you can change your registration from an in-person registration to a virtual registration through September 20, 2021.  You will be refunded the difference between what you paid for in-person registration and virtual registration, minus a $30 USD processing fee. If you registered during Early Bird, LVN will honor the early bird rate for virtual registration.

 

What if I need to cancel my LVNx 2021 In-Person registration?

Cancellations must be received via email prior to September 20, 2021 to receive a refund less $100 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after September 20, 2021. 

What if I need to cancel my LVNx 2021 Live Cast registration?
Cancellations must be received via email prior to October 1, 2021 to receive a refund less $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after October 1, 2021.
