Welcoming you to Nashville safely is our top priority!

At this time, LVNx 2021 participants will be required to be fully vaccinated before traveling to the conference to experience in-person programming in Nashville this October 6-8. You are considered “fully vaccinated” two weeks after completing the second dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna) or two weeks after receiving a single dose of a one-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson). This requirement is an essential part of ensuring a safe experience for our attendees, speakers, and staff.

 

Further safety precautions, including face coverings and social distancing requirements, will also be observed based on the prevailing CDC and local safety guidance in place at the time of the conference. Protecting the health and well-being of our members and attendees is paramount to LVN. We continue to monitor the evolving situation related to COVID-19 and remain in close contact with conference planners, the hotel, and local and national authorities to create as safe an experience as possible for our attendees. We will keep in touch with our registered attendees on the next steps with respect to this request.
