Pricing & LPM As Law Firm Strategy

With all of the work put into building out solid Pricing, LPM, Practice innovation, and other programs, it is now time to step back and plot a more strategic course for the future. Pricing as an example, it is suspected that most pricing efforts are focused on the willing and the able: those partners who see the value and have practices that may be price-sensitive. But are those the best places to be deploying their high-value pricing resources? This pre-con session will explore those questions directly.
The stated goal is for attendees to return to their roles with at least one key idea for how they can up their game and increase the value of their teams to their organizations. This will be accomplished by leveraging the knowledge of the group to surface strategies and tactics for how attendees can increase their value and improve the financial performance of their teams.
Attendees will want to come prepared with questions and ideas to share. Roundtable discussions with the full group will be held, and attendees will also break into smaller groups to focus on particular topics.
