Sponsors could enhance individual food stations, such as a Sushi Station, with signage, napkins, or other branded elements. Provides sponsors with high visibility.

  • Cozy Cocktail Bar hosted during the Sponsor & Exhibitor Happy Hour - $20,000

Provides attendees with premium cocktail/mocktail experience while integrating sponsor branding. Bartenders could wear branded T-shirts featuring the sponsor’s logo (Supplied by sponsor). Themed cocktails/mocktails aligned with the sponsor’s brand colors and identity.

  • Starbuck’s Cold Brew Station during a Thursday afternoon break - $3,500

Provides attendees with a cold coffee beverage while integrating sponsor branding with placement of the station next to the sponsor’s exhibit area (if applicable).
