LVN is partnering with The Blickstein Group to produce a genuinely unique survey offering unparalleled perspective on the specific challenges to aligning interests of clients and firms to make progress changing the industry. Focused on collecting the viewpoints of senior law firm executives across a variety of contemporary topics, the real novelty of this survey is that a large proportion of the questions directly correspond to those in The Blickstein Group’s legendary annual Legal Department Operations Survey, now in its 12th year. This counterpart questionnaire design provides the unprecedented ability to pinpoint and analyze the specific sources of disconnects between the preferences and priorities of clients and firms. These incredibly valuable observations will provide a blueprint that industry leaders to leverage to address misalignments heads-on in their work with their clients and firms and establish practical solutions.
Once the data has been collected, we will generate reports that interpret and contextualize the findings, and will share these with LVN members. We will also be using the findings as the basis for a series of presentations and roundtable events that will engaged the community in the conversation. The targeted release of the findings in late Q4/early Q1, with presentations and events to follow shortly thereafter.
